3 Days Desert Trip Agadir to Merzouga

Day 1: Agadir – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate

Take a 3-day desert trip from Agadir to Merzouga, passing through the High Atlas Mountains and charming cities and villages. Visit places like Taroudant, Taliouen, and Tanznakht before heading to Ait Ben Haddou, a famous filming location for movies and series such as “Game of Thrones” and “Gladiator.” After a visit and lunch, spend the night in Ouarzazate city.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Todra Gorge – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, you will begin day two of your 3-day desert trip from Agadir to Merzouga. You will pass through stunning landscapes, including the Roses Valley and Todra Gorge. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to visit Berber villages, take photos of traditional clothing, and enjoy a delicious lunch. The highlight of the day will be a camel trek through the sand dunes of the Sahara desert, culminating in a magical sunset at the camp. You will be warmly welcomed with tea and enjoy an evening of Berber drumming around the campfire under the starlit sky.

Day 3: Merzouga desert – return to Agadir

On the last day of the trip, we’ll head back to Agadir. The journey is a bit long, but it’s very pleasant. On the way, we’ll pass through the beautiful landscapes of the Anti-Atlas mountains, where you’ll see deserted and inhabited mud villages and breathtaking views of the longest palm tree valley in Morocco. Finally, we’ll arrive in Agadir, marking the end of our 3-day desert journey from Agadir to Merzouga.
